As a Truck Captain you are Manager and the first point of contact for clients on the job. You manage the clients, the team and the process. • Educate clients about pricing and services.
• SAFELY operate the junk truck at all times.
• You are responsible for daily truck inspections.
• Ensure truck has operating materials.
• Analyze profit and loss, making tactical decisions in the field.
• Make logistical decisions.
• Lead your team by example.
• Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values.
