Our ideal candidate: is an independent and multitasking individual with 5+ years of personal lines high net worth insurance experience, is familiar with high-net-worth insurance carrier appetites and systems such as Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, Berkley One and PCS. Has a current P&C License. Possess a team-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills and can handle a high-volume workload.
The RoleThe Role - What you’ll do as a Private Client Personal Lines Senior Account Manager:
- Proactively review policies for assigned clients ntify any gaps in coverage and make specific recommendations to ensure the client is fully protected.
- Explain coverage and policy details to clients clearly. Ensure all available coverages are offered and discussed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to necessary lines of business to ensure comprehensive protection.
- Build and maintain trust with a large book of established clients, handling coverage inquiries and advice.
- Document necessary policy changes, endorsements, and rewrites in Epic agency management system for processing.
- Oversee the remarketing of accounts when rates or risks change or requested by producer.
- Maintain professional relationships with underwriters at key personal lines carriers to facilitate problem-solving and approvals.
- Review home inspections and appraisals with clients; track and communicate carrier requirements to ensure compliance.
- P&C Producer License.
- 5+ years of High Net Worth personal lines insurance experience.
- Knowledge of high net worth carrier websites.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both clients and agency personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions.
- Experience with agency management system such as EPIC is preferred.
