Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Director of Training & Director of Professional Development
We are currently seeking applicants for two full‑time Licensed Clinical Psychologist positions within our practice. We are hoping to fill two key leadership roles within the practice: a Director of Training and a Director of Professional Development. Prior experience in these roles is not required. Clinicians with a passion for supervision and training would be excellent candidates.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct intake assessments.
- Provide therapy services (individual, parent, family, group).
- Manage one’s own caseload.
- Provide supervision to clinicians at the master’s and postdoctoral levels.
- Completion of an APA accredited degree program requirements (PsyD or PhD) in clinical or counseling psychology.
- Currently licensed in the state of Illinois (must have passed EPPP).
- Experience with children and families utilizing the relational approach to therapy.
- Multicultural competence and ability to demonstrate implementation of such competence both clinically and among team members.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to clinical work.
- Providers must maintain 24 clinical hours per week.
- Up to 2 of these hours can be replaced by clinical supervision.
- In‑office services one to two days per week at minimum.

LocationOur practice currently operates out of our Lombard location. We have plans to expand to a physical office in Naperville in the coming year. All office spaces provide the following:
- Private office spaces, fully furnished and supplied, with standing desk.
- Therapy tools/toys and general office supplies.

- Multiple restaurants, coffee stops, and other local businesses located within the surrounding area.
- Office hours in all locations are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday.
- Employees are not permitted to work client‑facing hours outside of office hours.
- Each clinician creates their own availability to see clients within these operational hours.
- Paid a percentage of revenue generated.
- Clinicians appointed to leadership roles receive a stipend to compensate for time allocated to administrative and program development responsibilities.
