About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team during a period of transformation and scale. This role will play a key part in strengthening financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities, while partnering closely with leadership to support data‑driven decision making.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, understanding the story behind them, and turning insights into action.
What You’ll Do- Perform detailed financial analysis at the departmental and general ledger level
- Own variance analysis and clearly communicate drivers, trends, and root causes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
- Analyze high‑volume invoicing activity, including contracts, credit memos, and project billing
- Own inventory analysis, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Partner closely with accounting to ensure operational activity is accurately reflected in financial results
- Build, maintain, and enhance Excel‑based models, reports, and dashboards for leadership
- Strong background in FP&A or analytical finance
- Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to independently investigate and explain variances
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment, including periods of system or process change
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate insights clearly
