Addison Group is partnering with our global hearing healthcare client to support a high-volume customer service role for order management. This team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely order processing and is expanding to meet anticipated demand.
Job Title: Order Entry Representative
Location (city, state): Fully Onsite –Lombard, IL
Industry: Manufacturing
Pay: $24–$26.50/hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Key Responsibilities:- Process high volumes of customer orders using SAP and EDI systems
- Accurately enter and validate paper-based order documentation
- Ensure order data integrity by reviewing for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely fulfillment
- Meet established productivity and quality performance standards
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order entry and/or customer service
