This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Lombard, IL. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, budgeting, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers, and communicating with clients to provide project updates. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Can run multiple Jobs. Must be a team player and work with all Departments.

• 10 Plus Years in Commercial Construction
• Project Coordination and Project Management skills
• Construction Project Management and Construction Management experience
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software Procore, Excel, Smartsheet, Word.
• Ability to work on-site in Lombard, IL
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications in project management or construction management are a plus
