• 15‑20 hrs/week

• Filing documentation related to Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
• Entering sales orders and purchase orders into Sage 100 system (prior experience not required)
• Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate team member promptly and accurately
• Supporting the Accounting Manager during the annual audit
• Supporting the Office Administrator with other tasks as needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, including Sage 100 ERP software
• High learning agility with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and handle evolving responsibilities
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work

• Flexibility in schedule: candidate may arrange working hours to their convenience within business hours (Monday through Friday, 8‑5).
