Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care to residents
* Supervise and support CNAs during the shift
* Monitor residents and complete assessments
* Administer medications and treatments
* Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
* Maintain professionalism and readiness for any overnight needs## What We’re Looking For
* Active LVN license in the state of California
* Previous LVN experience preferred
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑centered

** Starting Pay:** **$30 per hour + DOE
