Overview
Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Emergency Medicine is pleased to announce our Emergency Medicine Medical Education Fellowship. This non-ACGME approved fellowship has a unique design that is specially equipped to provide a launching pad for your career goals. We offer a flexible 1 or 2-year program depending on if you would also like to complete a Masters of Health Professional Education.
Our foundational curriculum will provide you with essential knowledge of learning theory, lecture/bedside teaching techniques, and study design. You will be given the opportunity to sub-specialize in one of four areas of education, or create an individual curriculum based on interest in two areas: undergraduate, graduate, simulation, or international medical education. You will work closely with medical students and residents during your clinical shifts at our busy emergency department and be mentored by our passionate education faculty.
Compensation & Benefits
:
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $76,500 - 80,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
