Overview
Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, has an immediate need for a BE/BC Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about a teaching position in a collegial, faith-based environment.
We are a very busy practice with over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons, 4 Physician Assistants on staff, and a total of 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents in training. A resident is assigned to the oncology rotation. Most of the surgical care will be performed at the medical center and lesser cases at another facility, East Campus approximately a mile away.

- Provide high-quality clinical care at the medical center; some cases may occur at East Campus.
- Collaborate with a team of 16 orthopaedic surgeons, 4 physician assistants, and 25 residents in training.
- Participate in residency/trainee education and related activities as assigned.
- Board-eligible or board-certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon (BE/BC).
- Passion for teaching and working in a collaborative, faith-based environment.
- Ability to work within a busy, team-based practice.
- California residency is required upon start date.
Compensation:
Expected Total Annual Compensation: $450,000-$550,000. The compensation range above includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. The starting base compensation only, adjusted by years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $405,000-$495,000.
