Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Gynecology & Obstetrics is seeking an Academic Obstetrician-Gynecologist Generalist to join our team.

We serve as the referral center for the Inland Empire, providing care for women with complex obstetric and gynecologic challenges. With over 4000 babies delivered each year, we collaborate with specialists in the region’s largest NICU to deliver multidisciplinary care tailored to families’ needs.

Through our partnership with SAC Health, we provide OBGYN care to underserved individuals and families. SAC Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering prenatal care, mental health support, and chronic disease management, reflecting our commitment to addressing health disparities.

We offer flexible schedules with proportional salary adjustments or workload opportunities to enhance compensation. The department maintains a manageable call structure with capped 24-hour shifts and post-call recovery days. A laborist program will further reduce call burdens and increase support for faculty.

We emphasize teaching excellence and innovation in clinical practice, with strong surgical and clinical education supporting an exceptional residency training program. Faculty collaborate with residents on research projects in areas such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and placenta accreta spectrum management. Engaging with subspecialty divisions—Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility—provides a diverse academic environment.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation ranges from $330,000 to $390,000 and is adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. Variable compensation above base is paid semi-annually for productivity above benchmark. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
