We are a top-performing AAA Exclusive Agency (EA office) hiring bilingual Spanish-speaking, licensed P&C and Life agent(s) to work from our office with quality leads, uncapped commissions, and a base salary.

Our Model at Johns Agency:
- Base Salary: $3,000/month
- Commission: 12.60% on gross premium written
- Bonuses Available
- Uncapped earning potential based on your sales performance.
Average AAA policy values:
- Home Insurance: $1,710 annual premium
- Auto Insurance: $800 per 6-month policy

What You’ll Do- Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance to Georgia & Tennessee residents.
- Use provided leads and outbound call systems to generate daily activity.
- Recommend proper coverage—not just “minimums.”
- Cross-sell and upsell where appropriate.
- Submit business, track activity, and join virtual team meetings.
- Live inbound leads (no cold calling required).
- Option to purchase extra leads at our cost.
- Full onboarding, training, and ongoing sales support.
- Access to sell in GA & TN.
- Brand recognition with AAA and affiliated carriers.
- Georgia resident P&C license (required)
- Life/Health license (required)
- Bilingual:
English & Spanish (required) - Strong work ethic and motivated sales drive.
- Willingness to be compensated based on results, not hours
