Weekend expectation:
One half-day Saturday per year (annual flu clinic)

At Grayson Pediatrics, our providers practice in a collaborative model focused on doing the fundamentals extremely well: thorough assessment, clear parent education, strong follow-through, and team-based care.
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care within a collaborative physician/APRN model (per practice agreements)
- Deliver culturally sensitive care consistent with Georgia regulations and APRN standards of practice
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for pediatric patients while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate clearly with families—reducing barriers, improving understanding, and supporting adherence
- Serve as an educational resource for patients/families and staff; support development and implementation of educational programs
- Use evidence-based practice and research to improve outcomes; participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain professional competence, credentials, and ongoing development; participate in professional organizations as applicable
- Follow practice policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards
Education
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
Licensure/Certification (Required)
- Active RN and APRN license in Georgia
- National certification through ANCC, AANP, PNCB, or NCC
- BLS upon hire
- PALS within 60 days of hire
Experience
- No minimum experience required (strong candidates welcomed)
- Two (2) years pediatric nursing experience preferred
