Are you an experienced Preschool Teacher ready for a calm, structured classroom with real support and low ratios? Days R Bright Academy is a Quality Rated early learning program seeking a confident Lead Preschool Teacher to guide a small class of up to 11 children in a supportive, professional environment. We are interviewing immediately and looking to onboard the right candidate as soon as possible.

• Lead and manage a Preschool classroom of up to 11 students
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with Georgia Early Learning Standards
• Maintain Quality Rated classroom expectations, documentation, and daily routines
• Foster a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment
• Conduct daily observations and support children’s social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain accurate classroom documentation, attendance, and communication logs
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure ratios, transitions, and classroom coverage
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with families
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times

• Previous experience in a Quality Rated childcare or preschool setting
• Ability to independently lead a classroom and manage daily routines
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass required background checks and trainings

• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework
• Experience with lesson planning and assessments
• Familiarity with Georgia DECAL and Quality Rated documentation
• Passion for early literacy and school readiness
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
