Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at our Logansport location. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant during assigned shift
• Ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
