As a Housekeeping Assistant, you are responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms and the overall building. You play a key role in patient and visitor safety, comfort, and satisfaction. You adhere to all state and federal regulations and company policies regarding safety, infection control, and other applicable standards. You respond positively to requests from your supervisor, patients, their families, and staff, and you interact with each person professionally.

You are able to follow instructions and cleaning schedules.

• Ensure general cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms and the building
• Contribute to patient and visitor safety, comfort, and satisfaction
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and applicable standards
• Respond positively to requests from supervisor, patients, families, and staff
• Follow instructions and cleaning schedules

• Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening
• Able to pass a physical examination required for gainful employment within the facility
• Satisfactorily complete orientation and training
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions

Part Time (7am-3pm) •
Pay
: $14.00/hr

EXPOSURE CATEGORY II: Tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, but employment may require unplanned Category I tasks.
