This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor based in Logansport, IN. The Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair services by communicating with customers, managing work orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, accurately documenting vehicle issues, updating customers on service progress, and ensuring timely and efficient service completion.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to listen and respond effectively to customer needs
• Experience with Aftersales processes and service follow-ups
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes or prior experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive services or related areas are beneficial
