• Location: Logansport, IN (Hybrid)
• Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000
• Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday

• Month‑End Close: Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support timely financial closes.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Cost Accounting: Support plant‑level cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Audit & Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations and finance leadership to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

• Experienced Accountant: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Technically Skilled: Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.
• Detail‑Oriented: Organized, accurate, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Systems Proficient: Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborative Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with operations and leadership teams.
