Your application will be primarily considered for a position working in the TSC Kitchen (Marketplace) Dishroom, but may also be considered for other similar locations within Dining Services.
USU Dining is seeking people that will Create an Excellent College Experience and provide quality service to all customers. We are searching for candidates that will go the extra mile to be a strong, dedicated employee and will continually grow and adapt to a fast work environment.
ResponsibilitiesTSC Kitchen dishwashers are responsible for:
- Cleaning.
- Sanitizing.
- Properly organizing dishes for customers and Chefs of the Marketplace, Skyroom, and Catering.
- Must be available for 3+ hour block of time between 9am and 2pm at least 2 weekdays.
- Must be willing to work Friday nights & Saturdays as needed.
- Food handlers permit is required within the first 30 days of employment.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.

ADAThis position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures, humidity, loud noise, and cleaning agents.
