About This Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – in Pulmonary Medicine you will work with a healthcare team committed to quality care and excellent patient experience in this 100% outpatient pulmonary role.
- You will practice at Budge Clinic, Logan, UT
- You can anticipate working 4x10s
- No call time is anticipated
- You can expect to treat patients with asthma, pulmonary nodules, COPD, pulmonary infections, interstitial lung disease, and other pulmonary conditions
- You may be eligible for a relocation allowance if relocating 50+ miles
- An ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of internal medicine, family medicine, pulmonary, and/or critical care experience

What You’ll Bring- APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program
- Board certification or eligibility
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
