About This Role

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – in Pulmonary Medicine you will work with a healthcare team committed to quality care and excellent patient experience in this 100% outpatient pulmonary role.

• You will practice at Budge Clinic, Logan, UT
• You can anticipate working 4x10s
• No call time is anticipated
• You can expect to treat patients with asthma, pulmonary nodules, COPD, pulmonary infections, interstitial lung disease, and other pulmonary conditions
• You may be eligible for a relocation allowance if relocating 50+ miles
• An ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of internal medicine, family medicine, pulmonary, and/or critical care experience

• APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program
• Board certification or eligibility
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
