Slice Line Operator - Line 5

Join our production team and play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality cheese products! As a Slice Line Operator on Line 5, you'll be at the heart of the action, working with modern equipment and a fast-paced team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

* Load smaller cheese loaves onto the conveyor belt to keep the line moving.

* Accurately complete production records and documentation.

* Learn, operate, and become confident with slicing line equipment.

* Communicate clearly and effectively with the Line Lead and team members.

* Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards.

* Complete changeovers quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.

* Perform minor maintenance and general upkeep on line equipment.

* Must be at least 18 years of age.

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2+ years experience in manufacturing environment or production.

Schedule:

* Day Shift, Monday to Thursday occasionally Fridays

* 6AM to 6PM

* NO WEEKENDS!!

Pay

* Training pay starts at $17.55/Hour with a potential to reach $21.05/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
