We're seeking an experienced, high-energy Store Manager who's ready to lead a team of top-notch stylists while delivering the MVP Experience to every client, every time. This leadership role requires dedication and flexibility. You must be willing and able to:

• Work at least 80 hours per pay period (and more when needed)
• Have open availability including:
  • 2 opening shifts
  • 2 closing shifts
  • Saturday & Sunday coverage
• Maintain a 5-day work week
• Deliver a minimum of 120 haircuts per pay period while balancing managerial duties

• Biweekly salary: $1,690 + $300 focus bonus
• Saturday differential: +$3/hr | Sunday differential: +$4/hr
• Daily Pay- early access to pay and tips
