As a key member of the ATSICHS Brisbane team,the Manager will oversee program operations, ensuring the delivery of client-centered, family-led, and culturally connected case management services. The Manager will guide the team in empowering families toidentifytheir self-determined goals, develop actionable plans, and strengthen kinship and community ties to improve outcomes forjarjumsand their families.
Duties- Develop and implementweeklydata and operationalsystemsto benchmarkqualitystandardsofstaff practice interventionswith clientsandsubsequentclient outcomeimprovements.
- Create and implement bespoke solutions to improve individual staffefficiency.
Ensure development activitiesutilisethe online ATSICHS Coaching App, along with the adult learning pedagogy framework (in-field side-by-side method to staff scaffolding) to improveindividual throughputefficiencytargets. - Collect, aggregate, cleanse, and distribute monthlystaffcase management file audit data sets(quantitative and qualitative).
- Lead the delivery of client feedback andbriefwellbeingmeasurement tools,Disseminatethedata, building a practice culture of responsive client improvement.
- Lead the direct intervening on high-risk acute cases where life is threatened or irreputable organisational brand damage could occur. Problemsolveimmediate client crisis, based upon high-level theoretical knowledge and risk management decision making.
- Complete the full cycle of monthly managerialrequirementswith all direct reportsinthe
Mobnetsystem, including(1) Two-way Feedback Survey,(2)
Practice Supervision,and (3)
Performance & Coaching. - Ensureall staff complete the monthly Team Culture Survey (quantitative and qualitative) in Mobnet,utilsinglow scoresto proactively respond to individual staff morale and work environment by creating unique solutions to overcome individual staffbarriers.
- Lead the direct influencing of key stakeholders(Child Safety, Key Communitypartners) to influence high-level decision making and approvals that directlyimpacton the quality of outcomes for families.

- Base Salary of $125,181 per annum (Based on qualification and experience).
- 12% Super + access to salary packaging (Increases your take home pay).

Experience:
Bachelor's degreein a relevant social services field withat least 4 years case management experience in family support, child protection, youth support,housingor related field.

- Demonstratedability toapplyandcritique child safetyand social worktheoreticalframeworks of practice,implementingclient interventions based uponscaffoldingclient self-awareness, agency,and empowered sustainablebehaviourchangeinterventions.
- Ability tocritiqueandproblem solverelatedlegislative gray zones, while managingorganisationaland child harm risks.
Demonstratedability tointegrate knowledgeacrossdifferentbusiness units, ensuring the fair treatment and voices offamily’sare promoted, while managingchild harm risks. - Demonstratedknowledgeand experience inlarge team management, includingdirectingstaff workflow and client quality,leading andintegratingcorporate business functionsacrossteam.
