Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager
. We are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday position, which means free weekends to do whatever you want!

What We Offer- $40,000-$50,000+ salary depending on experience

- Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches
- Manage 3-15 Customer Service Representatives
- Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians
- Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external
- Problem‑solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers
- Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned
- High School degree or equivalent (required)
- College degree (preferred, but not required)
- At least two to five years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
- Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
- Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
