OverviewHelping with the day to day trouble tickets for Housing Technology.
HoursFlexible hours within M-F 9am - 5pm; some weekends may be required. 15 hours minimum with a 30 hour max during the school year in blocks of at least 2 hours at a time; up to 30 hours per week may become available during the summer. Please provide your available work schedule, with blocks of 2 consecutive hours minimum.
Responsibilities- Helping with the day to day trouble tickets for Housing Technology.
- Development and implementation of multiple Housing security systems.
- Pulling wires and physical installation of hardware as needed.
- Travel between housing locations using Housing IT vehicles to complete service and support duties.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware.
- Experience troubleshooting windows workstations.
- Comfortable and willing to work on ladders and with hand tools.
- Valid driver's license to perform essential job responsibilities, such as driving university vehicles and transporting materials.
