Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of fire suppression activities at the fire scene, including laying and connecting hose, holding nozzles and directing water streams, raising and climbing ladders, operating fire suppression and/or emergency assistance equipment.
- Perform emergency rescue activities at emergency scenes, performing fire safety inspections and identifying code violations.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be a high school graduate or have GED equivalency
- Must be able-bodied and capable of speaking and writing the English language
- Must be a citizen of the United States or be eligible to work within the United States
