Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time | Logan, Utah

The Worx Outpatient Therapy clinic in Logan, Utah is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on one-on-one patient care in a supportive outpatient setting that values clinical expertise, professional growth, and work-life balance. Therapists are never double-booked and always have dedicated, uninterrupted time with each patient.

You will work with patients recovering from injury, illness, or neurological conditions, creating and delivering customized treatment plans. Our clinic offers access to modern therapy tools and specialized programs, including the Rock Steady Boxing program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy programs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy for neurological, orthopedic, and functional rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive strategies, and recovery techniques.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-centered skills.
• Experience with lymphedema management is a plus (not required).
