• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Deliver care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence‑based techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and our interdisciplinary clinical team.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Current or eligible Utah Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred.
• New graduates welcome.
