Associate Financial Advisor

We’re hiring an Associate Advisor with 3–4 years of hands‑on financial planning (or closely related) experience to support and be mentored by Advisors while partnering with our planning and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, produces high‑quality planning work, and wants a clear path toward a planning group or Lead Advisor track.

• Support Advisors with client service, planning tasks, and project work
• Build reports and meeting materials; track action items and follow‑ups
• Participate in client meetings (in person + Zoom) and take detailed notes
• Conduct direct client outreach under Advisor direction
• Coordinate with planning on plan inspections, updates, and deliverables
• Partner with operations on account openings, transfers, and service requests
• Support business development materials and assist with social media efforts

• 3–4 years in financial planning, paraplanning, or a related role with planning responsibilities
• CFP®, relevant master’s degree, or significant progress toward either
• Comfortable with planning software, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; confident client communicator
• Solid writing skills; detail‑oriented and organized

Structured mentorship with advancement options into the planning group or Advisor track, with long‑term potential for revenue share based on role progression and performance.

Compensation is $90,000–$110,000, commensurate with demonstrated expertise and 3–4 years of full‑time experience in an advisor support or associate advisor role (only one year of internship experience counts toward this requirement).
