Utah State University Extension's Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is seeking a qualified individual to work part-time (20-30 hours per week) in a benefitted position. Located in Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, or Utah County.

• Teach nutrition and cooking skills to low-income families and youth. Training and teaching materials will be provided.

• Basic knowledge of nutrition and food preparation is recommended.
• Willingness to learn, work well with people, keep records, and produce reports.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers permit within one month of hire.
• Flexible hours.
• Car and current insurance, valid driver's license or access to transportation to meet with clients. Must adhere to the University Travel and Driving Policies. Mileage will be reimbursed.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
