At St Francis College OSHC
, we provide Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care for up to 60 children aged 5–13 years
, supporting the families of our vibrant school community.

• Create fun, engaging and meaningful recreational and educational experiences
• Provide a safe, secure, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children
• Work collaboratively within a friendly, established team
• Engage in ongoing professional and personal development
• Promote the service within the local community in line with Catholic Early EdCare’s philosophy

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) – desirable
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for supporting school-aged children in a play-based environment
• Understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and relevant legislation (or willingness to learn)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
