• Provide fast and friendly customer service
• Be able to perform a brake inspection
• Be able to diagnose Check engine lights using a scanner and Alldata/identifix
• Be able to perform alignments and be able to inspect all suspension components on a vehicle
• Promote sales through explaining the benefits of service and products
• Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, vendors
• Keep supervisor informed of any maintenance problems and/or any issues that need attention
• Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
• Maintain a clean environment, tools, and equipment, using company guidelines
• Know and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Utilize and perform all duties on the company checklists to meet consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and expectations

• ASE Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
• Tools to perform work
• At least 1 years experience working in a mechanic shop
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
• Ability to consistently operate a computer, scanners, and other office productivity machinery
• Capability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
