We are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to support our expanding accounting operations. This role will assist with daily accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries, completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining schedules, and supporting the monthly close process. The position requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi‑entity environment. A preferred candidate will also be able to adapt quickly to new projects and clearly summarize complex financial operations.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Maintain balance sheet schedules
* Prepare and post journal entries
* Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
* Assist with month-end close and internal financial reporting
* Help streamline and document accounting processes
* Responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing budgets and operating plans to support organizational decision‑making and financial performance
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Proficiency with Excel and comfort with accounting systems (preferrable Quick Books)
* 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred; internship experience considered
* Basic understanding of GAAP
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
