The Lodi Board of Education is seeking the following:

POSITION: CUSTODIAL WORKER - ANTICIPATED VACANCY

3PM TO 11 PM SHIFT - OPEN TO FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• General Cleaning Experience.
• Valid NJ Driver's License.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and machines.
• Ability to understand, remember, and follow oral/written instructions.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 Lbs.
• Black Seal Boiler License (Preferred). New employees will be required to complete all requirements and be issued a Black Seal Boiler License prior to their 1-year anniversary as a condition of continued employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to sweep, dust, and mop all areas of the building.
• Wash and clean windows, floors, polishes floors, tables, desks, chairs, and furniture.
• Arrange equipment and materials in an orderly fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds and School Administrators.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude towards superiors, co-workers, professional staff & students.

SALARY: $47,245 - $67,425 commensurate with experience.
