Managing Director – Direct Hire and Interim Staffing Solutions (Vaco by Highspring)

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities:

• Strong costing, GL month end close, prepare financial statements, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, cash flow
• Cost accounting, inventory, manufacturing variances, manage staff
• Perform various accounting functions with respect to general ledger accounting, financial statements and account analysis
• Prepare schedules and financial statement highlights
• Ensure account activity is recorded, corrections made, adjustments calculated, and journal entries prepared
• Review and prepare month/year end reports, accrual schedules, and ad‑hoc reports and analysis
• Verify entries and computer printouts to ensure accuracy of all account figures
• Assist with external and internal audits, work with outside CPA firm
• Prepare bank reconciliations and cash posting reports
• Maintain accounting files, inventory, and costing records; strong ERP systems experience (Quick Books, Oracle/SAP)
