As a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy, you will deliver prescription orders and products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company‑provided vehicle. Delivery Drivers take important steps to ensure medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met, demonstrate ethical conduct, and maintain patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long‑term care facilities or patients’ homes.
- Load products/materials.
- Maintain the vehicle and alert management for maintenance issues.
- Maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
- Maintain highest professional and ethical standards.
- Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure patient confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Geographical knowledge of service area.
- Flexibility required for nights and weekends.
- Current, valid driver’s license in the state at the level required for the vehicle’s operation.
- Ability to drive for long periods of time.
- Customer service orientation.
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver.
- Sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.
- Sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
- Lift up to twenty‑five (25) pounds.
- Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
- Visual acuity to see and read fine prints; specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
- May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

Pay RangeThe Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $16.00 - $28.84. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
