  • RV Technicians – Diagnose, repair, and maintain all major RV systems
  • RV Technician Apprentices – Entry‑level, hands‑on training to launch your RV career
  • Hitch & Towing Technicians – Install base plates, tow bars, brake systems, and towing accessories
  • Maintenance Technicians – Handle inspections, roof sealing, and preventive maintenance
  • RV Service Advisors & Parts Advisors – Coordinate repairs, parts orders, and customer support
  • General Labor / Lot Porters / Forklift Operators – Support daily operations and RV handling
  • Trainees for All Departments – Learn from industry experts and advance into skilled positions
What You’ll Learn

As part of our RV Technician Training Program
, you’ll work directly on RVs, learning how to diagnose and repair real issues across multiple systems.

Units You’ll Work On:
Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Toy Haulers, Horse & Utility Trailers, and Tow Vehicles.

Brands We Service:
Alliance, Brinkley, Coachmen, Dutchmen, Fleetwood, Forest River, Grand Design, Jayco, Keystone, Newmar, Outdoors RV, Winnebago, and more.

We no longer accept RVs built before 2005 without a pre‑inspection.)

Systems You’ll Learn to Service:

  • LP Gas Systems
  • Towing & Suspension Upgrades

Pay & Schedule
  • Entry‑Level Pay: $16.50–$24/hr + monthly bonuses ($250–$750)
  • Experienced Technician Pay: $28–$34/hr + monthly bonuses ($500–$1,500)
  • Full‑Time

    Schedule:

    Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (students still in school are welcome)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Team player with strong work ethic

We provide in‑house and vendor‑sponsored training programs for all levels. Apprentices receive hands‑on instruction from senior technicians and gain real experience diagnosing and repairing RV systems.

You’ll also have access to online learning platforms from top RV component manufacturers—covering electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, HVAC, and solar systems. As your skills grow, so do your opportunities to advance into senior technician, lead tech, or specialty roles.
