As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, create a great bar experience, and serve customers and staff with a friendly and professional attitude. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to meet established standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Offer guests personalized beverage recommendations and manage drink orders accurately.
• Assist servers and staff in delivering the best service possible.
• Uphold a positive atmosphere and interact courteously with guests.

• Minimum age of 21 years (per state law).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to creating a memorable bar experience for guests.
• Physical ability to stand for up to four (4) hours and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
• Capacity to comply with all company, state, and federal safety and hygiene requirements.

Must remain stationary and exert sustained mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds, and wear protective coverings as required.

Minimum wage plus tips. Daily Pay is available (except in California) and provides flexible, real‑time pay options.
