Role specifics and benefits:
As an NICU RN, you’ll be responsible for continuous monitoring of fragile neonates, rapid assessment and stabilization, administration of medications and IV therapies, ventilator management in collaboration with respiratory therapists, incubator supervision, phototherapy, total parenteral nutrition (TPN), nutrition optimization, and precise documentation in electronic medical records. You’ll lead family education initiatives, coach parents through care plans, and participate in daily rounds to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home.
