Key Responsibilities- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, assess patient status, and respond to rhythm changes with clinical judgment and speed.
- Administer medications per order, manage IV lines and telemetry equipment, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Participate in care planning, discharge preparation, and patient education with careful documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families, providing reassurance and education tailored to each patient’s needs.
