Role Specifics and Benefits

In this Cath Lab RN role, you’ll oversee patient care before, during, and after interventional procedures, monitor hemodynamics and vital signs, and ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and procedural protocols. You’ll collaborate closely with interventional cardiology teams, perfusionists, technologists, and anesthesia providers to optimize patient safety, reduce procedure times, and support efficient room turnover. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, transport coordination, charting, post‑procedure recovery instructions, and education for patients and families.
