Accounting Manager:
Role within the Company

The Accounting Manager oversees the accounting functions such as AR, AP, and Payroll and supervises the accounting team. You will interact with people company-wide, especially the project personnel who track project revenue and costs. You are running your own show with the full support of the executive team. This position has huge career growth potential (depending on the person)!

Background Profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related

Computer oriented – this is a tech-forward company

Experienced with Viewpoint, HCSS – Heavy Bid/Heavy Job a huge plus

A CPA would be a huge plus also

An entrepreneurial spirit would be of huge value, you will get support, but you will NOT be micromanaged
