Lead Supervisor I – Coach

The Supervisor assists store management by ensuring a customer focus on the sales floor with exceptional floor supervision. As an integral member of the team, you will help to maximize store productivity and profitability by assisting in teambuilding and staff development, goal setting, and by ensuring compliance with all Coach standards.

• Create a high-energy, sales and service focused environment.
• Ensure all customers are serviced according to the Coach approach standard.
• Inspire the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Take initiative to act on development needs.
• Maintain a confident and commanding floor presence.
• Act as advocate for the team.
• Create partnerships with team members.
• Represent the brand appropriately in all situations.

• Experience in a retail service environment in a position of management.
• Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and maneuver the sales.

• 1–3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet), utilize walkies, understand and read shipment reports, price sheets and product release sheets.
• Physical ability to communicate effectively with customer and team, maneuver the sales floor and stock room, reach above/bend, climb ladders/stairs/step-stools, lift and carry up to five pounds and at times up to fifty pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic and sales days.
