M&M Recycling is seeking an experienced Non-Ferrous Warehouse Supervisor to lead and elevate our Locust Grove non-ferrous division.

This is not an entry-level position. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role for someone who understands non-ferrous grading, retail buying, inventory control, and production flow -- and is ready to build structure, accountability, and performance inside a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment.

You will oversee all non‑ferrous warehouse operations at our Locust Grove facility, including:

• Managing a team of approximately 5-10 employees (forklift operators, small‑scale buyers, loaders/unloaders, skilled & general laborer, equipment operators)
• Overseeing accurate grading and purchasing of non‑ferrous material
• Improving warehouse organization and material flow from purchase, to processing, to loading out trucks
• Strengthening inventory tracking and reconciliation processes
• Increasing processing efficiency and material movement speed
• Implementing tighter documentation, compliance, and operating procedures
• Training and developing new employees in grading standards and company processes
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and production standards

This role is operational first -- buying knowledge is required, but leadership, structure, and execution are the priority.

• 5+ years of non‑ferrous scrap metal operations experience
• Direct hands‑on non‑ferrous grading experience
• Retail buying experience
• Working knowledge of scrap industry software and scale systems
• Strong understanding of inventory controls and shrink management
• Experience leading teams in a production environment

• Naturally bring order and structure to busy environments
• Take ownership of problems instead of waiting for direction

• Understand that margin is made through discipline, not luck
• Can train others to grade accurately and consistently
