This is a full-time on-site role for an EMC Test Technician, based in Romeoville, IL. The EMC Test Technician will conduct testing using various test equipment, ensure proper calibration and maintenance of equipment, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and assist in the preparation and implementation of test procedures. Additionally, the technician will collaborate with the team and clients to ensure testing is conducted effectively while maintaining accurate documentation of results and procedures.
Qualifications- Proficiency in operating Test Equipment and conducting Calibration for precise measurements
- Experience in Soldering and Troubleshooting electronic components
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction
- Ability to follow strict testing protocols and maintain accurate documentation
- Background in electronics, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in EMC/EMI testing or a related industry is a plus
