Material Handler - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

The Material Handler is responsible for storing, moving, and handling products and materials in a structured environment to minimize safety risks. Handlers work with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times. Must have stand‑up or reach truck forklift experience.

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

• Identify, transport, pack, remove, and dispose of products and materials.
• Operate forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
• Maintain inventory levels as directed.
• Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
• Ship and receive materials throughout shift.
• Operate all equipment safely.
• Count, weigh, and record numbers of units or materials moved or handled.
• Ensure product moved is identified and labeled correctly.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping, sweeping floors, trash into containers, and picking stray product up from floor.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
• Operate stand‑up and extended forklifts.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Read and write in English preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous material handling experience a plus.

• Manufacturing environment.
• Team environment; communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, and across shifts.

• Reach with hands/arms throughout shift.
• Lift up to 90 lbs assisted and 40 lbs unassisted.
• Stand up to 80% of time scheduled.
• Walk, climb, and/or balance throughout shift.

Starting Pay: $22.30/hr shift differential offered for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. Comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees including health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
