Behavioral Health Program Coordinator - Romeoville
Full-Time, 40 hours/week.

Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 pm.

Under the direct supervision of a physician and the Director of Behavioral Health, the Behavioral Health Special Programs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Procedures, Spravato Services and coordinating health psychology services for patients referred and enrolled in these programs. This position supports patient education, preparation, scheduling, and documentation. The Coordinator works closely with the providers and management to ensure the program and treatment is a smooth process for the patient and consistent with Duly quality standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support patients through Therapy (70%)
- Explain the program to patients and/or family members; inform them of the various disciplines and treatments.
- Collect and verify patient’s information is correct and assist in benefit verification and/or prior authorizations.
- Schedule and coordinate patient treatment.
- Collaborate with providers and management to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Administrative Support (20%)
- Maintain provider schedules in scheduling software and communicate appropriately with providers.
- Ensure any durable medical equipment (DME) is being collected and/or charges/encounters are documented appropriately.
- Order supplies as needed to maintain the program.
- Coordinate data and reporting.
- Administration of TMS treatment plan (10%)
- Participate as a member of the TMS treatment team by performing treatment.
- Adhere to all treatment and documentation protocols for TMS.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain procedural skills.
Education
- High school diploma or GED and completion of one of the following:
- Accredited Medical or Nursing Assistant Program or
- EMT-B
- Equivalent experience
Experience
- 1 year of medical experience
Certification/Licensure
- Must be obtained in the first 90 days*
- CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care)
- TMS Certification (certification offered through TMS vendor @ Duly Health and Care)

- Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations.

- Understand and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to work with patients of all ages with psychiatric conditions.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $16.30-$24.50/hour, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
