The IL Welding School seeks an individual with prior experience Education field as an Enrollment Office Specialist,
with Recruiting experience, and Excellent Office Skills
. We are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic, persistent, and passionate about the opportunity to tell prospective students and their families about the school's curriculum and the welding field opportunities. The applicant doesn't need to know welding, but is very willing to learn the necessary knowledge needed to explain the programs. The successful candidate must be friendly, outgoing, and excited to “change lives for the better, one weld at a time” – the IL Welding School Motto.
Activities
- Success through finding prospective students at Career Fairs, job fairs, high schools, and anywhere there are students interested in welding. Prospective students will be able to make an informed decision because of the skill set used to explain welding courses, welding job opportunities, and the benefits of attending the IL Welding School. This will be done through phone contacts, website inquiries, marketing strategies, and any other venues to get the word out about the school.
The success rateشوند will be monitored through reports and strategies to maintain a set number of new starts each month. - Conduct outreach via phone, email, texting, and in‑person meetings to promote enrollment and assist applicants.
- Submitting paperwork with excellence by utilizing proofreading abilities for signing up students for the programs, submitting necessary reports, creating student files, creating promotional materials for distribution to prospective students, and assisting the IWS Team as needed for meetings, office paperwork, and various other activities.
- Attract qualified students who will benefit from the school's programs.
- Manage inquiries throughout the admissions process, including calls, appointments, interviews, applications, and follow‑up for orientation and enrollment.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication, generating new inquiries via networking and referrals, and addressing routine and complex issues.
- Enhance recruitment strategies creatively and maintain a flexible schedule to attend eventsítulo career fairs.
- Adhere to Admissions Policies and Procedures, regulatory guidelines, and be available for flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
- Use Google Docs to create letters, graduation packets, necessary spreadsheets, and other office paperwork.
- High School Diploma or higher education, and/or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.
- Strong multi‑tasking and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and office management skills when things are not as fast‑paced.
- Results‑oriented, quick‑thinking, and organized approach to problem‑solving and achieving goals.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating the ability to build relationships and close opportunities.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail, with a willingness to learn new AI platforms as needed.
- Ability and willingness to occasionally work evenings as required to fulfill job responsibilities and support recruitment efforts.
