Job Summary
Serves as a customer service representative in a call center and provides work order management support for staff/customers.
Location and ScheduleCanteen Romeoville – 7 Greenwood Avenue, Romeoville, IL 60446. Full‑time schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Online applications accepted only.
- Answers the telephone, responds to customer emails and provides general assistance to customers.
- Review and promote service requests submitted by customers.
- Provide clerical support; maintain files and records.
- Prepare routine correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Collect, verify, retrieve and enter data.
- Operate standard office equipment.
- Complete project assignments.
- Assist in the preparation and proofing of materials for reports and other publications.
- Interact effectively with staff, students and faculty while conducting daily workplace duties.
- Communicate with customers to complete work in a cost‑effective, efficient and safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Deliver needed supplies to field staff in company‑owned van.
- Assist with field market and vending machine product merchandising resets.
- Train and assist customers at grand opening events.
- Valid driver's license.
- Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available.
