Front Desk Guest Services Concierge — On Site

A hospitality company is looking for a Guest Services Representative to deliver excellent service at the front desk. This role requires managing guest check-ins and reservations, maintaining a clean lobby, and providing assistance throughout guests' stays. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, the ability to communicate in English (Spanish is a plus), and must be at least 18 years old.
